Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or peak seasons.

Shipping Costs Shipping fees are calculated based on destination and order weight, displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping rates.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@d-uts.store and we will investigate with the carrier.
